Mr. Mark joined JCCA in 2013. He has nine
years of experience educating within Christian Schools. His goal is to make the gospel the center point of all other content
He uses a
variety of instructional strategies to reach students of all ability levels, with various learning styles. God has made
each of us unique and our teaching should reflect the unique way God has made us. Mr. Mark believes that equity in education
is not giving each student the same thing, but giving each and every student what they need to be successful. Mr. Mark
also serves as technology support for our school, advocating for the use of technology in classrooms.
Mr. Mark serves
as the Children's Minister at Grover Park Baptist Church. He desires to see students make their parents faith their
own. Each parent relates uniquely to their child, and our Savior relates to each of us with a unique and special love.
Mark's loves include reading sermons
by A.W Tozer, drinking coffee, hanging out with friends at the movies, drinking more coffee, and talking about the Bible.
proudly serves in the Missouri Army National Guard as a Lietuenant. He endeavours to Make Christ Known as a Soldier, a Minister,
and as a teacher.
"It is my desire to see students develop a lifestyle of learning. I believe God's desire is for
us to use the minds He has given us to unlock our fullest potential. I am excited to see what God has in store for our second
grade class this year!"
"But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the
reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, " 1 Peter 3:15
